Season's Greetings

I can't believe it is December, where did the year go? I want to thank everyone who has made Green Drinks a success. I am looking forward to 2010, and the change I know each of us can make not only for ourselves but others. Many of you have expressed interest in getting involved in the community and we have some exciting things happening throughout next year.

Our location is changing, and I will be announcing that shortly. My beautiful friend Marie is moving to Canada so we will miss her greatly, good luck in the snow SUNSHINE! My focus is to get this group up and going so please continue to provide feedback, I really do listen.

Thanks again and please make plans to come out to the January meeting and bring lots of friends.

As soon as the location is finalized it will be announced. Hopefully we will have a confirmation by early next week.

Hi Julie,
It's GREAT to see that we now have a LKN Green Drinks Chapter. I've been following the Charlotte Green Drinks but it is just too far to go for the gatherings as I live on the north side of LKN. I'm out of town for your next meeting but I'm hoping I can make your February meeting.
If you need any help with getting things up and running please contact me at 704-641-7590. I've posted some articles on the Charlotte website to try and get things going but not much response. I do have some pretty good resources of fun things to put on the website - like how many gallons of water does it take to make your latte at Starbucks!!...that's why I go for the Chai Tea Vanilla Latte!!
